Before you dive in — two things to know

1. Your CRL account is a “work or school” account — not a personal account. Choose that option when signing in, or the training sites and apps won’t recognize your credentials.

2. CRL runs in Government Community Cloud High (GCC High), which is more secure and more restrictive than commercial or personal Microsoft 365. Some features or steps shown in Microsoft’s general training may look different or not be available to you.
