Accessing Your CRL Email (Outlook)
Your CRL email (Outlook 365) can be reached in three ways — the Outlook desktop app on your CRL PC, Outlook on the web from any browser, or the Outlook mobile app. Use whichever fits how you’re working.
Option 1 — Outlook desktop app (CRL PC)
Use the Microsoft Outlook app installed on your CRL-issued device. On a CRL PC, Outlook configures itself the first time you open it while connected to the CRL domain — there’s no manual setup to do.
Option 2 — Outlook on the web
Reach your mailbox from any device with a web browser, using your CRL-H sign-in credentials.
- Open the Microsoft Edge web browser.
- Go to https://outlook.office365.us/ and sign in.
Use the GCC High address, not office.com. CRL mailboxes live in the GCC High cloud, so Outlook on the web is at outlook.office365.us. The commercial office.com site won’t sign in to your CRL account.
Option 3 — Outlook mobile app
Install the Microsoft Outlook app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Setting up work email on a mobile device goes through Company Portal — follow the guide for your platform:
