Accessing Company Resources on an Android Device
Enrolling your Android device in Company Portal lets you access CRL resources — including email — on your phone or tablet. Enrollment creates a separate work profile that keeps your personal apps and data apart from work data. Complete the prerequisite below first, then follow the enrollment steps.
Prerequisites
If you haven’t already, complete the first-time user login process: CRL-H — First-Time Sign-In & Two-Factor Setup.
Android enrollment process
To set up your Android device to access company resources, including email, follow Microsoft’s step-by-step guide:
- Enroll your device and create an Android work profile (Microsoft Learn)

Already have Company Portal installed?
Make sure you’re on the latest version: How to update the Company Portal app (Microsoft Learn). You can also update it directly from the Google Play Store.
