20.5. Check Your Email Encryption Certificate Dates

To check your email encryption certificate dates, please do the following:

1. On the File tab, click Options.
2. In the left pane, click Trust Center, click Trust Center Settings…
3. In the left pane, click Email Security.
4. Under Encrypted e-mail, click Settings.
5. Under Certificates and Algorithms, locate Encryption Certificate and click Choose.
6. Click the certificate that you want, (Sectigo RSA Client Authentication and Secure Email CA) and then click View Certificate to check the dates your certificate is valid.

Let us know what the expiration date for your certificate is. If it is expired, We can order a new one.
